Top of pink satin with overlay of pale pink organza; hand-stitched and machine stitched, pinked seam edges; round bound neckline; back opening placket with 7 snaps; wide kimono sleeves have horizontal seam 17cm from underarm and an added extension panel of white fabric at the lower sleeve edge; decorative pink, pale pink and silver-grey sequins in lotus (?) floral designs and surrounding scroll designs are hand stitched onto the pale pink organza; sequin designs are located in a wide band along lower sleeve, while individual designs appear along upper sleeve and torso, scroll designs and sequin braid trim outline the bottom sleeve edge.
