Forest green coloured wool; machine stitched; same fabric collar; same fabric epaulets with a brown colourd plastic button closure with a raise fleur-de-lis in the center and "BOY SCOUTS CANADA, BE PREPARED" around the center, attached to the left lapel is a piece of leather that has been braided and is attached on the other end to the left pocket button; split neckline with three brown coloured plastic buttons with a raise fleur-de-lis in the center and "BOY SCOUTS CANADA, BE PREPARED" around the center; two patch pockets at chest height with inverted pleat in the center and a flap closure with a brown colourd plastic buttons with a raise fleur-de-lis in the center and "BOY SCOUTS CANADA, BE PREPARED" around the center, above the left pocket is a same fabric patch with red coloured machine stitched writing, "BOY SCOUTS-CANADA", the right pocket has three white coloured vertical stripes and a beige coloured badge in the center with a red coloured fleur-de-lis and "BOY SCOUTS", at the bottom, above the right pocket is a 6 pointed metal star with a raised "5" in the center and a green coloured felt backing; short sleeves with turned under cuffs and Scout badges, across the left shoulder is a white coloured fabric label with red coloured machine stitched writing, "16th Vancouver", wrapped around the shoulder and attached to the left side of the chest is a yellow coloured twisted rope with tassels on the end, the right sleeve has black and yellow coloured ribbon handstitched into the shoulder seam; inside the collar is a beige coloured machine stitched label with red coloured machine stitched writing, "OFFICAL DESIGN, SUPPLIED BY, THE STORES DEPT, BOY SCOUTS ASSOCIATION, DOMINION HEADQUARTERS, OTTAWA-CANADA"; has a scooped hem with side slits.
