White clay body with glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a wide green band and a thin band running around the perimeter of the plate. Also on the inner edge of the wide rim is a green color transfer printed image of two banners. On one is the word "Belmont", on the other is the word "Cafe". On the bottom is the distributor's name in green.
