Plate
White clay body with glossy, ivory color glaze applied. Decoration consists of triple banding on the outer portion of the rim. The outer band is black, the middle one is rust colored and the inner one is mustard yellow to gold. In the centre of the plate well is a garter design in black bearing the words "Clare College". In the centre of the garter is a shield. On the bottom is the maker's and distributor's mark stamped in black. Below this are the numbers "12-66".
