Pitcher
White clay body with clear glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a wide maroon band between two thin maroon color bands immediately below the rim. There are also three thin vertical stripes on the handle. On the side is the maroon color transfer print of the hotel logo consisting of a lion with a sword above a fleur de lis enclosed by a tent shape. This rests on a heart shape which encloses the words "Windsor Hotel". Below this is a banner with the word "Nanaimo" on it. On the bottom of the pitcher si the green transfer print of the maker's name under a crown. There is a large crack across the bottom and the glaze is discolored along it. There is also some discoloring around the spout.
