Pennants
Four in all with supports constructed from fabric and bamboo; hand and machine stitched; four freestanding vertical bamboo poles ranging from 85-91 cm in length are secured at their bases into a stiffened fabric pocket; each pole is topped with a silver painted finial and supports a fabric panel in a pennant shape with an attached fabric streamer; one yellow and white tassel is positioned below each finial; a yellow fabric under base with yellow organza? over fabric is used for the pennants and streamers; gold, silver, yellow and red sequin designs decorate the fabric borders; sequined dragon designs are centered on each side of the fabric pennants; the stiff pocket has an exterior decorated side of yellow fabric and a reverse side of natural coloured cotton with an attached padded pillow; lengths of cotton ties are secured at the four corners of the pocket and a yellow fabric band with four attached streamers is positioned above the pocket.
