Commemorative Medallion
.5a solid piece of metal cast into a circular disk; decorative motif cast in the front and back; front in the shape of a single dogwood on a stem with leaves; on the back is the B. C. Coat of Arms with the wapti stag (elk) and bighorn sheep on each side of two flags, cast around the edge is "Province of British Columbia Canada"; overall gold colour. Coat of Arms designed by Rev. Arthur Beanlands, adopted in 1895 and confirmed by King Edward VII on March 31, 1906. .5b storage wooden box hinged on one side, clasp on the front side, padded inside with a dark blue velvet lining; LE & WI 10.5 X HT 3.5cm. .5c is a rust coloured cardboard packing box used by the B. C. Government, logo on the lid is a gold coloured B.C. Coat of Arms on a white background; stamped on the box bottom "Made in Canada"; LE 11.7 X WI 11.7 X HT 6 cm.
