Commemorative Medallion
(4A) Solid piece of metal cast into a circular disk; decorative motif cast in the front and back; front in the shape of a single dogwood on a stem with leaves; on the back is the B. C. Coat of Arms with the Wapti stag (elk) and bighorn sheep on each side of two flags, cast around the edge is "Province of British Columbia Canada"; overall gold colour, gold-plated. Coat of Arms designed by Rev. Arthur Beanlands, adopted in 1895 and confirmed by King Edward VII on March 31, 1906. (4B) Storage/packing wooden box: hinged on one side, clasp on the front and padded inside with a dark blue velvet lining.
