Fruit Dish
Could be called fruit cup, goblet bowl or tazza. Cream-coloured background, inside of bowl very ornate with gold and hand-painted flowers in purple, blue, orange and yellow. Outside of bowl and stem decorated in small clumps of hand-painted flowers. Nina and Leigh were married and six months later Leigh was killed in action in the Second World War. Nina never remarried. Leigh's father was a prominent lawyer in Vancouver, and one of the original partners of Davis & Co.
