Off-white coloured, one piece of paper folded into an envelope with black machine printed letterhead on the top front corner; letterhead includes the telephone, 3921; address, 629 Pandora Avenue, Victoria, B.C. and name of the taxidermist, T. Wherry; the addressee is handwritten in green ink to Mr. T. Weyenberg, Williams Lake B.C.; stamp in the corner is a green coloured 2cent stamp of King Edward; postal date stamp, "Victoria British Columbia 6PM SEP 12 1928".
