Doll
Male, Ken, 'Barbie' doll with a pink-beige plastic body moveable at the neck, and at the jointed hips and shoulders. Eyes are coloured blue and the lips a pale pink. Has moulded yellow hair, which has now taken on a greenish tint. This doll marketed as "Barbie's boyfriend". Doll is dressed in an outfit called "Saturday Night Date" comprised of: charcoal grey suit, a white fabric shirt, a red, black and grey fabric tie, black socks and black plastic shoes. Also wearing a pair of cream-coloured cotton underdrawers. Missing the original swimsuit outfit which was comprised of: a red and white striped jacket, a pair of red bathing trunks, brown cork sandals with a red strap, and a yellow towel. See condition note. Width measurement is across the front of the chest. Part A is the doll and Part B is the black metal wire stand.
