Decal
Dark blue circle in the centre of a white background; inside the circle is the centre shield from the B.C. Coat of Arms, the Union Jack (red cross in the centre with a red cros underneath both outlined in white on a blue background) stacked on top of horizontal blue and white wavy stripes with a half sun, on top of the Union Jack is a gold and red crown with white pearl-like knobs and on top of the crown is a prancing lion wearing a gold crown; to the right of the flags is a big-hone sheep, to the left is an elk, both are facing in and rearing on their hind legs; a white banner is printed across the bottom of the circle with "Splendor Sine Occasu' inside; in large gold lettering across the top of the decal is the word, "British" and across the bottom section, "Columbia"; machine printed on the back of the decal in green lettering is the series number, "56004" with a logo of a green rooster, instruction on applying the decal and the manufacturer's name A. H. Curry, Canada.
