Circular scalloped cape-like collar of pink satin fabric has overlay of pale pink organza; flat neck band extends from neckline into 2 long extensions at front with a center closing placket and 4 snaps; neckband lined with cotton/linen; hand-stitched and machine stitched; decorative pink, pale pink and silver-grey sequins in lotus (?) floral designs and surrounding scroll designs are hand stitched onto the pale pink organza; all over design with sequin braid trim at the edges of the neckband and lower hemline; a fringe of pink and white bead pearls decorates the lower shaped edge of the collar.
