Beer Bottle
Brown glass and snub nosed, has body label only on it. Body label notes that this is 'a traditional bohemian type beer' and remarks that this is 'an original brew from the recipe of the Union Brewing Co. [hence the name of this beer] founded in Nanaimo in 1871'.The picture of the fort at the bottom is most likely the Nanaimo Bastion. Also noted on the label is that the bottle contains 12 fluid ozs., is over 8% proof, and is union made. Bottle has 'Canada' designation near the bottom.
