Description
Beer Bottle
Amber glass, with body and neck label. Neck label notes that this bottle contains 12 fluid ozs. Body label has a picture of Hugh F. Labatt (presumably a descendant of Labatt's founder John Labatt), as well as his lifespan (1883-1956). Label also has John Labatt Limited on it (in 1958, Lucky Lager Breweries LTD. was taken over by Labatt's). Label notes that the beer is 8% proof and mentions the cities of Winnipeg, Montreal, London, and Toronto (presumably the cities where Labatt's has breweries). Union made designation on the label, as well as "Amalgamated Lithographers of America' (Winnipeg Local), indicating where the label was made. Bottle has 'Made in Canada' with the initials W.S. on the bottom.
