Machine printed magazine; on the front cover is a colour street scene with the façade of the Cheng Wing Yeong Tong building, Ho Inn Chop Suey restaurant below with a men and women lined up out front with a banner above them with, gold coloured "1928-1978", along the left side is yellow coloured machine printed Chinese language writing, on the right side in black coloured ink pen is Chinese language writing with a red cloured ink stamp in Chinese language writing, across the top and bottom is a gold coloured metallic boarder, on the bottom in the corner it says, "NOT FOR SALE"; on the back cover is a street scene with a street scene with a crowd of people standing in from of the Cheng Wing Yeong Tong building, machine printed in black coloured ink along the left bottom edge is , "PRINTED IN HONG KONG NOT FOR SALE ( Chinese language writing)"; inside are white coloured paper pages with a shiny coating and images and Chinese language writing, including speeches addressed by the leaders of the association on the occasion, articles, photos about the organizers of the book and activities. The front and back cover shows the celebration in front of the building of Cheng Wing Yeong Tong in Vancouver in 1978.; 80pp.
