Tunic
Blue coloured wool; machine and hand stitched; notched collar with small lapels; four gold coloured buttons down the front with a raised crown with an eagle? below it, on the reverse of the button "Pitt &Co., 31 Maddox St London. W"; two breast height patch pockets, box pleat down the center with a gold coloured button with a raised crown with an eagle? below, top flap has a 'scalloped' edge and a finished button hole; on the proper right front side between the third and fourth buttons is a slit pocket; two large hip height patch pockets with a small grey coloured button on the inside and a small finished button hole on the outside, a small gold coloured button with a raised crown and eagle? below; long sleeves with a gold coloured metallic hand stitched ribbon near the cuffs; same fabric belt with a gold coloured metal rectangular shaped buckle and six belt loops on the other side attached in the back; large vent in the back up to the height of the belt; machine and hand stitched grey coloured cotton? lining; a white coloured cotton label at the inside neckline hand stitched with brown coloured thread with machine printed writing on the top, "MOBSON & SONS, 1, 3 & 5 LEXINGTON ST LONDON W J?" and in black coloured handwriting, "W. W. McGill Esq, 67"; two inside slit pockets with grey coloured plastic buttons and a light tone grey coloured lining; inside the arms is hand stitched cream coloured cotton lining.
