Trousers
Blue coloured wool; machine and hand stitched; grey coloured trim around the top of the waistband; button fly down the front with 5 grey coloured plastic buttons, four covered by the fold over flap on the other side and one on the waistline; on either side of the front waistline are two grey coloured buttons; two side seam pockets with cream coloured cotton lining; creases down the center with large turned up cuffs; both legs in the front near the cuffs have light tone blue coloured material sewn to the inside to patch some of the holes; two slit pockets in the back with a grey coloured button and cream coloured cotton lining; one belt loop in the center; the waistline is curved in the back and is higher in the center; inside the waistband is a trim of cream coloured cotton fabric with two silver coloured metal buttons on the back on the inside waistline; a white coloured cotton label with blue coloured hand stitching and machine printed writing on the top, "MOBSON & SONS, 1, 3 & 5 LEXINGTON ST LONDON W J?" and in black coloured handwriting, "W. M. Mc.Gill Esq?, 67"; stamped on the pocket on the inside of the pants in black coloured ink, "VPOO78"? and a blue coloured piece of fabric is stapled above it, "VPOO78"?; four same fabric belt loops.
