Green panel robe with all-over sequin designs and two lion? masks; machine and hand stitched; green satin fabric with an overlay of green organza; white linen/cotton fabric lines the sleeves and upper robe; shaped panel front has asymmetrical opening at neckline with 6 Chinese knot and loop closures and a stiffened, padded central section; back panel has added self-fabric attachments and a skirt made of several pieces and a lower green/white fringe; round bound neckline; two back attachments can be secured onto the front panels with Chinese knot and loop closures; full sleeves end in a stiffened and shaped cuff that closes with three snaps; a self-fabric panel is attached at each shoulder and extends over the upper sleeve; at the top of each shoulder panel is placed a three dimensional padded lion ? mask - the face is made from white, red and green fabric; sequins in colours of silver, white, green and gold are stitched into decorative motifs, symbols, Chinese characters and dragons; sequin braid outlines all edges; inked stamps with Chinese characters are located on the reverse side; one vertical strap is secured to the middle of the reverse side of the front panel; cotton ties with loops are located at the sides of the front panel.
