Side closing asymmetrical Chinese style robe of pale green satin fabric with an overlay of green organza decorated with sequin designs; hand and machine stitched; lined with cotton/linen inside upper robe and green satin inside lower robe; bound round neckline of white satin; green satin tie closing at neck with an additional snap; side under placket with green satin tie closing under right armhole; long wide kimono style sleeves with attached white fabric extensions at lower edge; green satin side loops are located under each armhole; side seams are open from hemline to underarm; front vertical bands located at side seams extend under each armhole and continue as detached stiffened protruding wing-like extensions along upper back; each wing-like extension is secured in place with a narrow green ribbon which is attached at the back neckline of the robe and threads through a loop on the underside of the extension; white, silver and green sequins are worked into dragon motifs with red sequin eyes, these are located at the centre front, back and along sleeves; all over scroll motifs and border patterns are located at the neck, hemline and sleeves; sequin braid outlines edges.
