"Welcome to the British Columbia Provincial Musuem". Envelope style folder with fold-out postcards; machine printed; on the front is a red coloured background with 12 attached, fold-out images; all machine printed photographs of the Carillon with "12, OUTSTANDING, COLOURED VIEWS", in machine printed yellow coloured writing on a black coloured circular background, "Welcome to the, British Columbia, Provincial, Musuem, VICTORIA BRITISH COLUMBIA", machine printed in black and white coloured writing, a white coloured rectangle with lines for writing an address and in the top right corner is a white coloured square with, "RETAIL PRICE 39¢, POSTAGE, STAMP"; on the back is a flap closure with a machine printed image of Thunderbird Park, image including First Nations carvings; on the inside of the flap is black coloured machine printed writing, "Color Photos by, W.J.L. All rights reserved © PRINTED IN CANADA BY LAWSON GRAPHICS LIMITED 6 FS-4725B", inside the front is machine printed black coloured writing, "Greetings from, two black coloured lines, PROVINCIAL MUSUEM, VICOTRIA, BRITISH COLUMBIA, Founded in 1887, the Provincial Museum was housed in the East Wing of the Legislative Building until 1968 when it was moved to its new location, adjacent to the Parliament Buildings and the Empress Hotel in downtown Victoria., The Museum contains collections representing the natural history and the human history of British Columbia, displayed in a series of colorful and realistic exhibits occupying three floors of the new exhibit building., Priceless collections and research facilities are maintained in the Curatorial Tower and Education and Museum Advisor Division publish booklets on the natural history and human history of British Columbia as a further extension service of the Museum", inside are 6 colour photographic images of indigenous people from Cowichan.
