Order of the Dogwood Medal
Order of the Dogwood medal issued by the Province of British Columbia to Major General George Randolph Pearkes; gold bar pin with blue ribbon with two horizontal white stripes; round gold medal below; front of medal features British Columbia Coat of Arms centre with text around edge reading: PROVINCE OF BRITISH COLUMBIA / CANADA"; reverse features branch adorned with dogwood flower with text reading: "ORDER OF THE DOGWOOD / The Hon. G. R. Pearkes"

British Columbia's highest civilian honour for public service from 1966 to 1989. Thirteen recipients received the award. Presented to Major General George Randolph Pearkes VC, PC, CC, CB, DSO, MC, CD, OD and 20th Lieutenant Governor of British Columbia.
