Uniform Jacket
Bright red coloured long sleeved jacket with a black standup collar; on the shoulders are large rectangular patches of yellow coloured wool, overlaying the wool is chain mail; seven brass buttons down the open front, one button on each front pocket and epaulet; each button is round and cast with a beaver in the centre, a crown on the top, rimmed in tiny maple leaves, raised lettering, 'Canada Militia', back is a metal loop; on the collar are two identical badges of pressed metal in a seven point star-like shape, each with a beaver in the centre, a crown on the top, in raised letters, 'Quansem Ilep British Columbia Horse.
