White clay body with glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a dark blue-green band between thin maroon color bands around the perimeter of the dish approximately 1.5 cm in from the rim. a gap in the banding contains the words "St. Eugene Hospital" in cursive script. On the bottom is the distributor's mark in green. For butter pats.
