Silver cross bearing maples leaves and crown. King George V royal cypher centered; wreath between arms. Reverse engraved " 911994 / PTE H.L. FREEMAN". Stamped Sterling. With length of original purple ribbon and case. Black leatherette hinged case with gold crown. Interior cream-coloured with removeable fabric pad.
