A: one-piece of mid-weight cardstock folded into a box with a fold-up top lid; machine printed in colour; printed on the top of the lid is is the image of a decorated Christmas with red and green lights and a few ornaments, two young children are sitting under the tree with a doll house, drum and toy blocks, stacked behind the tree image is a scene of people dancing and another of people sitting down for supper, the images look to be those of 1930s dress, the background is a red brick wall with green holly in the corners; machine printed on the box bottom are directions for use and stamped in the corner, 'Jap Lamps'; and a caution this set is for a circuit of 110 125 volts. B: insert, inside the box holds eight slots on the horizontal for the tree lightbulbs; price tag from the Kresge's Department Store in Victoria, B.C. with the original price of $1.19 marker down to 98 cents.
