Box for plastic candy container purchased at Fairway Market in Victoria for $9.88. Box is orange, red, yellow with circular mylar window to see the candy container inside. Has image of chinese children on sides. Top of box is multi fold to form handle. Used to celebrate Year of the Rat, Chinese New Year, typical of those displayed in restaurants and homes. Illustrates celebration through food of the Chinese Lunar New Year in the Year of the 150th anniversary of B.C. Chinatowns.
