Bowl
White clay body with clear glossy glaze applied. Decoration consists of a wider dark green band on the wide rim of the bowl contained inside a thin line enclosure. A gap in the banding contains a dark green garter design surmounted by a crown and enclosed within the garter is a beaver facing left and holding a branch in its mouth. On the garter are the words "The Vancouver Club" and the number "1893" On the bottom of the plate is a black transfer with a crown and below it, the words "DURALINE/super/vitrified/Grindley/Hotelware Co./England/Cassidy's Ltd/Montreal/Vancouver,Winnipeg,Toronto/ 7-42" Hand applied on the bottom is an "F" with a short brush stroke beneath it.
