Bright yellow silk (?) satin under bodice with short sleeves and beaded decorative motifs; machine and hand stitched; French seams; 2 panels of yellow satin are applied over each sleeve and short side area both front and back to a fabric support of off-white cotton; the support fabric is visible at the centre front/back and lower hemline area of the bodice; centre front(?) closes with an under placket and 4 snaps; collarless neckline has a bound facing; kimono style short sleeves are shaped at the underarm and join to a horizontal seam at the side torso; decorative motifs in leaf like shapes with a centre stem-like design are worked in colours of green, blue and silver sequins and bugle beads; stylized designs worked with similar components and colours are positioned and shaped to fit the sleeve edge.
